What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant III (Animal Services) position at City of Little Rock?
JOB OBJECTIVE: To answer a multi-line telephone, answer questions and provides information; greets and directs visitors to the appropriate personnel; receives calls and complaints and relays messages and information regarding the Animal Services Shelter and provides related clerical support.
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school and at least two (2) years of general clerical experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
