What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Permits & Inspections-Supervisor Plans Examiner position at City of McAllen, TX?
Under general supervision and procedural control, supervises the plans examining section of the Building Permits and Inspections Division; responsible for the review of permit plans and specifications to ensure completeness and compliance with building codes, City ordinances, state and federal laws. Ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
