What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Truck Driver position at City of Pasadena?
Duties: Drives garbage trucks in pre-designate assigned routes for garbage and trash pickup. May also be assigned to brush truck driver when needed. May assist in garbage bag delivery. Required to see that safety requirements are followed. Other duties may be assigned. Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements. Works the assigned schedule and complies with the City's timekeeping and attendance policy.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A valid Texas Class B CDL Driver's License. Minimum one (1) year experience in Sanitation and knowledge of cities garbage routes. PREFFERED: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
