What are the responsibilities and job description for the Webmaster position at City of Riviera Beach?
Summary Objective
Under limited supervision, the Webmaster will oversee the management and maintenance of our website infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and an exceptional user experience. This role encompasses troubleshooting technical issues, implementing website updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall site functionality. The Webmaster will monitor website analytics, optimize content for search engines, and stay abreast of industry trends. A robust understanding of web technologies, programming languages, content management systems, and communication platforms is essential. Additionally, the Webmaster will provide guidance on website management, design, graphic arts, and other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in fine arts design, graphic art, information technology, or closely related field and six (6) years' of progressively responsible experience in web/graphic design or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. A valid State of Florida driver's license is required.
