What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Assistant position at City of Round Rock?
Under close supervision, the Event Assistant assists with the overall administration of facility operations and events.
This is a seasonal position.
Greets all visitors.
Supervises special events. Sets up and takes down equipment.
Monitors all areas of the facility for usage, participant behavior and security.
Enforces regulations concerning facility use.
Provides information to patrons.
Performs custodial duties and maintenance.
May assist with food and beverage operations.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must obtain Texas Food Handler permit and CPR Training within 30 day of employment.
Salary : $16 - $17
