The City of Saco is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
The Human Resource Generalist performs a variety of vital activities related to the operation of the City’s personnel systems. The Human Resource Generalist assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. The HR Generalist also supports the HR Director in the implementation of programs to improve the employee experience.
This position has access to sensitive medical and personnel information. An essential job function of the position is the ability to always maintain confidentiality. The HR Generalist has considerable contact with employees, government agencies, employee benefit vendors, and members of the public.
