This position is for the Vista Del Camino Community Action Program (CAP) case worker. Vista Del Camino is the designated Community Action Program for the City of Scottsdale. Case Workers assigned to Vista Del Camino’s CAP provides direct social services to clients for financial assistance with various funding sources.Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $76,169.60/annually.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Education and ExperienceA Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field from an accredited educational institution.Two years' work experience in Social Work, clinical counseling or closely related field.Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.Licensing, Certifications and Other RequirementsArizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required within 60 days of hire date or promotion.Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
