We are currently hiring for a Custodian! Based on our career development plan, there are three different position levels available based on experience. Below is a brief summary of each level and the requirements:
Custodian I
Duties and Responsibilities:
Custodian I
- Starting Salary - $35,401.60
- Requirements - any combination of education and experience equivalent to the completion of the ninth grade with some building cleaning experience and valid driver's license
- Starting Salary - $37,128.00
- Requirements - All requirements stated for Custodian I with three years related experience in a custodial/office related cleaning field
- Starting Salary - $39,000.00
- Requirements - All requirements stated for Custodian I and Custodian II with five years related experience in a custodial/office related cleaning field
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dusts and or polishes desks, chairs, tables, shelves and other furniture or equipment;
- Washes windows, walls, woodwork and Venetian blinds;
- Vacuums, sweeps and mops floors;
- Gathers and disposes of refuse;
- Cleans and supplies restrooms;
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $35,402 - $39,000
