Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Serve as the central liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing utmost professionalism and exceptional interpersonal aptitude.
- Oversee and optimize executive schedules, adeptly handling the coordination and arrangement of meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Skillfully compile and organize meeting materials, encompassing agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure seamless proceedings.
- Participate actively in meetings, meticulously recording precise minutes, and promptly disseminating them while ensuring diligent follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate in the creation of insightful reports, dynamic presentations, and various business documents to support efficient decision-making.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with the transportation industry and its operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.
