What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at City Pets Vet?
City Pets Vet is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join the team! Prior veterinary reception experience is required (at least 1 years) and Fear Free certification is a plus!
We are looking for positive, high-energy team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, be outgoing and friendly, and enjoy connecting with clients as well as the team.
This is a part-time role, comprised of Monday, Thursday, Friday shifts. We’re offering a competitive hourly rate from $19 - $20.50
Primary responsibilities:
- Client service
- Managing multiple phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Sales and communication
- Multi-tasking
- General hospital cleaning
- Monitoring hospital flow
- Training to advance veterinary skills
