Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology and body mechanics, with the ability to educate and motivate individuals in various fitness disciplines. This role involves leading group fitness classes, designing effective programs, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for all participants.
Duties
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes.
- Develop and implement tailored fitness programs that meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and the importance of physical fitness.
- Provide sports coaching to enhance participants' skills and performance in their chosen activities.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean gym environment for all users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
Experience
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and program design.
- Experience in various fitness modalities such as cycle, Pilates, kickboxing, or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
