Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Support hiring managers through structured processes and tools developed by HR leadership.
- Administer onboarding processes to ensure timely compliance and welcoming new-hire experiences.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate logistics for learning and development initiatives designed by HR leadership.
- Track participation, completion, and feedback for training programs.
Performance Management
- Administer performance management cycles, including timelines, documentation, and system tracking.
- Support managers by preparing materials, reminders, and reports (does not serve as primary coach).
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Produce routine HR reports and dashboards (recruitment, turnover, engagement, training).
- Maintain employee records and support compliance documentation under HR leadership guidance.
Employee Data & Systems
- Process employee lifecycle changes and maintain accurate records in HRIS (UKG Ready).
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding across payroll, IT, and operations.
- Conduct routine audits for data accuracy.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate engagement surveys, recognition activities, and culture initiatives designed by HR leadership.
Other related duties as assigned.

- Managers experience of HR processes as clear, efficient, and well-supported.
- Engagement initiatives are executed reliably according to plan.
- Work is prioritized in alignment with HR leadership guidance, with proactive communication when capacity constraints arise.
? Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or 5-7 years of relevant HR experience (SHRM-CP certification preferred).
? 5 years of progressive HR experience, with emphasis on recruitment, learning and development, and performance management.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support managers using established HR tools and processes
? Ability to generate and interpret HR reports and metrics
? Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.
? Experience with UKG Ready
This position is responsible for coordinating core HR processes, including recruitment, learning and development administration, performance management administration, HR reporting, and employee engagement coordination.
Work Schedule
- Core hours and days, Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 1:00–2:00 p.m. or four days per week working five hours per day during core business hours.
- Must reside in Maryland and be able to work in Baltimore office as needed.
