Position Summary: City Ventures is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to support the Sales Manager. The Sales Associate position is ideal for someone who is fairly new in the new home sales world, excited about learning new things, has great project management skills and can conduct difficult conversations with a smile. Building great relationships and follow up is the key to success in this role.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Staffing the Sales office at the new home site
• Responding to communications from home buyers, etc.
• Demonstrating product and option packages
• Preparing reservations and contract documents
• Broker outreach and presentations
• Other tasks as assigned
Compensation:
Salary is $66.650 - $70,000K per year, plus Quarterly Bonus depending on several factors.
Benefits: Excellent Medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurance are available. In addition, City Ventures offers FSA plans and a 401K with a 6% match. Three weeks (15 business days) Paid Time Off (PTO), $40 per month Gym membership and $85 cellphone reimbursement.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
• CA DRE Salesperson License.
• Some previous new home sales experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, closing deals and the escrow process.
Skills Needed:
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
• Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and with a team. High collaborative and team communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at same time and meet deadlines
• MS Office Suite skills with ability to work on text campaigns and data entry
• Resourceful – the ability to think on your feet.
Salary : $66,560 - $70,000
