OFFICE ASSISTANT
Start Date: Immediately (June 2023)
Category: Part-Time (20-30 Hrs / Week, Monday-Friday w/ Morning and/or Afternoon Availability. Noontime coverage most important.)
Pay: $16.10 / Hour

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email and/or in person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding company's products and availability of inventory.
- Prepare, record, and make bank deposits in accounting platform.
- Communicates operational or billing issues to appropriate parties with attention to detail.
- Maintain customer accounts to include payment processing, statements, invoices, and records.
- Provide administrative and clerical support including mailing, filing, and copying.
- Collect on-site parking data in assistance with Director of Parking Services
Customer Service:
- Provide over the phone and in person customer service for clients, customers, employees, and managers.
- Assist customers with questions related to parking services.
- Assist with resolving all or any customer accounts issues.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in data entry & spreadsheet
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask as well as work independently
- Commitment to work efficiently, quickly, and accurately
- Basic knowledge of online accounting systems. Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Experience with data collection and posting in Quickbooks accounting system.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to walk short distances, inclines, and declines.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Minimum high school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Some college preferred.
