Requirements
This is Regular Full Time position.
As a Barista you will be responsible for:
• Servicing the customer and creating specialty beverages including coffees, teas, smoothies and juices.
• Assist in preparing grab and go items and sandwiches and other food items
• Curating the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest and the kitchen with product knowledge.
• You will be monitoring POS station and communicate with customers on menu recommendations, accommodations and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
• One to two years’ experience as Barista
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
