Responsibilities
- Oversee the direct implementation of treatment plans by ABA Therapists
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain clear and effective communication with families and clinical teams
