Responsibilities
- Track accounts and make a required number of phone calls daily
- Handle loan inquiries and basic questions
- Organize and file all necessary paperwork for each loan handled
- Assist the Loan Officers with clerical duties or customer inquiries, as needed
- Be able to handle cash accurately and identify fraudulent checks
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Familiarity with office equipment desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing with a very friendly personality
