We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to join our team at Clae Goldman Team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy.
Job Description:
- Generate leads through door-to-door and retail channels, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Present and sell community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet sales targets by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, a degree in a related field (if preferred), previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
