About the Role
At Clae Goldman Team, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Niangua, MO. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy solutions door-to-door and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail sales.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
- Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management system.
- Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
