We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Clae Goldman Team.
Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy solutions door-to-door and retail.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads through various channels to identify new sales opportunities
- Qualifying prospects to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma/GED; a degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High self-motivation and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
