JOB SUMMARY:
Provide Tier II technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware.

- 5-10% periodic travel to other US office locations
EXPERIENCE:
- Windows and Server OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory configuration
- Familiarity with VMware ESXi
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Troubleshoots and resolves software, operating system, and networking problems
- Support end users across all departments and office locations
- Perform system imaging, desktop configurations, and ongoing maintenance
- Administers and maintains operating system and related software.
- Document support tickets, configuration changes, and resolutions clearly
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile devices
- Work alongside the networking team to maintain internal network stability
- Schedule, plans, and perform system upgrades
- Configures hardware, such as workstations, printers, and servers
- Coordinate vendor support for systems such as access control and surveillance
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendors when needed
