What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Case Manager position at Clara Martin Center?
We have open positions for Classroom Case Managers in East Valley Academy in East Randolph, VT. This position will work in an alternative school setting where we combine curriculum-based instruction with intensive emotional / behavioral support, to maximize student engagement and success.
Essential Functions:
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students in an alternative school setting. Class sizes are very small, with significant one on one work and academic support to students.
- Embrace a non-traditional, student focused teaching style to help our students achieve their true potential.
- Follow behavioral & academic support plans to fortify educational & mental health needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or Education required.
