Lead Facility Technician

Join our team as a Facilities Technician Lead and play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly.   What You’ll Do:   Serve as the go-to expert for repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more – no two days are the same! Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently Conduct routine inspections of building systems (lighting, security, fire safety) Oversee vendor repairs and facility improvement projects Work with the Health & Safety Team to ensure top-notch environmental standards   What You Bring:   Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid Driver’s License (travel between locations required) Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on-call shifts, and respond to emergencies   Why You’ll Love It:   Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 4 PM on-call rotation for emergencies Travel between sites to keep all locations in top shape Work independently & as part of a team in a supportive environment Play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces   If you're a team player who loves hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!  Apply today and be part of something impactful!
