We're looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to lead full-lifecycle projects from design to commissioning for global industrial leader. Join a company that has been a leader & is now driving the future with advanced automation, emissions reduction, & clean fuel conversion technologies.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead the design & programming of control systems, including panel layouts, schematics, P&IDs, & hardware specs.
- Develop & program PLCs (Allen-Bradley / Siemens) & HMIs (FactoryTalk, PanelView, Ignition).
- Collaborate with a global engineering team across the US, Europe, & India, driving integration & consistency across international projects.
- Contribute to the vision & strategy of automation innovation, identifying process gaps & integrating new tech (SCADA, AI, Industry 4.0).
- Mentor junior engineers & support leadership initiatives within the Controls group.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in industrial automation/controls.
- Proven ability in designing & programming complex control systems & control panels.
- Proficiency in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley
- Experience across the full project lifecycle - design, build, & commission.
- Comfortable working in a project-based environment
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder & open to 25% travel (domestic & international).
