You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized while adhering to food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Set up the breakfast area prior to service and maintain cleanliness throughout the meal period.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor food safety practices during preparation and service, adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel/hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
