Position Summary
The Account Manager will support activities for key Claritas clients across varying industries. The Account Manager is responsible for the client’s overall satisfaction and return on investment of Claritas products and services and will do this by servicing and supporting the client’s daily projects, analytics, presentations, and implementation of their Claritas licensed products and services. The Account Manager will also help users leverage their investment in the licensed suite of products by conferring with clients and training clients on the best practices of our applications. The Account Manager will also be responsible for renewing existing agreements and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside the Account Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned Clients
- Manage and service clients in alignment with account plan prepared by Account Team
- Network and build relationships with executives, product owners, and sales leaders within assigned accounts
- Drive awareness of and affinity for Claritas products within account base
- Upsell and Cross-sell Claritas products and services with assigned accounts
- Prepare proposals and negotiate and close renewal agreements with Account Director assistance as needed
- Act as a liaison between clients and Claritas internal teams to manage multi-channel campaigns
- Provide and coordinate training for clients; coordinate with Client Solutions Center as appropriate
- Conduct demos, present analyses, and provide recommendations using Claritas software, segmentation, and databases to support client’s strategic initiatives
- Support Account Director on client presentations, collect data, and provide feedback and insights to final client presentation and present to client as needed
- Provide feedback to Product Leadership and Client Solutions Center regarding client needs
- Monitor key industry trends impacting clients and Claritas solutions
- Manage CRM input and sales forecasts inSalesforce
- Project manage deliverables for clients
Qualifications
Skills, Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- Understanding of Marketing, Digital, CRM, Direct Marketing, Data Analytics, Agency, Advertising, or related field experience
- Digital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Highly preferred:
- Working knowledge of Claritas Segmentation and Core data assets
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as Salesforce
