1. Manage detailed project plans and workstreams across HCM modules (e.g., Core Talent, Absence)
2. Track progress, dependencies, and milestones in coordination with internal and external teams
3. Facilitate workstream meetings, prepare updates, and maintain issue/risk logs
4. Support data conversion planning, testing coordination, and configuration review
5. Provide status reporting and escalate risks as needed
6. Partner with change management teams to execute training and communications
7. Ensure cross-functional input and readiness during go-live
8. Mentor junior staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

This role requires tactical execution and coordination across multiple HCM workstreams, with a focus on timely delivery and quality assurance. The incumbent must balance internal stakeholder needs with project constraints, ensuring alignment and readiness for go-live activities. Decision-making authority is moderate, primarily focused on project planning, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. The role has a direct impact on module delivery and user experience, with frequent collaboration across technical and business teams. It operates with a moderate level of independence and does not include direct or indirect reporting relationships.
Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* 4--6 years of project management experience in Talent or IT programs
* Strong working knowledge of HCM systems and process mapping
* Skilled in managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution
* Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

COMPENSATION
The hourly pay range for this contract position (18-24 Months) is $55-57 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This role may be eligible for some benefits after 90 days. Details to be provided.
