We're dedicated to actively fostering a robust and positive work culture. We're currently seeking a Clinical Director who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians.   

Location:

• (Hybrid/Remote): Clarity Clinic Lakeview Broadway and Lakeview Belmont.
• Address: 3665 N. Broadway Street, Chicago, Illinois 60613.
• Expectation for hybrid (on-site a minimum of 1 day per week at each location preferred- flexible).  

We offer:

• Base Compensation of $100-$115k, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential).

We Seek:

• Fully Licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or Clinical Psychologist, PsyD).
• 3-5 years supervisory experience required. 
• On-site a minimum of 1 day per week at each location preferred- flexible.  
• Passion for patient-centered care 

Your Impact:

• Clinical Directors typically manage 2 sites/locations, with a caseload of no more than 10 hours.
• Clinical Directors meet once a month with each Clinical Supervisor and each Fully Licensed staff assigned to their sites/locations.
• Monthly individual supervision with all site-specific Fully licensed therapists and Clinical Supervisors
• Case consultations as needed.
• Assistance with crisis intervention as needed.
• Weekly patient chart audits for each supervisee
• Performance appraisal and Performance appraisal discussions including 30, 90, 6 month and annual competencies for new staff, annual evaluations and documented coaching plans and PIPs as applicable.
• Facilitate monthly site-specific group supervisions.
• Facilitate monthly site-specific engagement opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding training.
• Facilitate monthly didactic trainings.
• Clinical Directors must be fully licensed.
• Other duties: Transformational projects, collaboration with other departments, documentation audits/updates, involvement in internship training program, engagement/retention of staff, interviewing of new candidates, administrative duties such as responding to emails, incident reports, escalated patient concerns, etc.
• Attend Clinical Director bi-weekly individual supervision.
• Attend Clinical Director bi-weekly group supervision.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
