Instructional Designer

We are working closely with our client to identify an experienced Instructional Designer to support their AI Literacy initiative. The consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive learning strategy and roadmap, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and designing training materials focusing on prompt engineering and leadership coursework.

Start Date: Late September/early October, with interviews to begin as soon as possible

Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Extensive instructional design experience
• Proven ability to create learning strategies and roadmaps
• Strong background in AI, particularly in prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, evolving environment
• Must be able to share work samples

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
