Job Summary:
Clarium is looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Product Owner to lead initiatives within our Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift administration, DevOps practices, and production support in Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical insight, hands-on experience in container ecosystems, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the internal CaaS platform built on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and technical strategy.
- Serve as the technical liaison between development teams and stakeholders, especially in the areas of K8s/OpenShift, CI/CD, and container security.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in the container space (e.g., ACM, OSV, etc.) and identify opportunities for adoption.
- Support incident response and production support efforts, ensuring platform reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis, and team retrospectives.
Required Qualification:
- 10 years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Lead role with deep exposure to container platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
- CKA certification (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is preferred.
- Strong experience in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Solid background in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible, Helm, GitOps).
- Proven experience in production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to grasp new technologies quickly, especially emerging tools in the container space such as ACM (Advanced Cluster Management) and OSV (OpenShift Virtualization).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into business-aligned priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Red Hat ecosystem tools (e.g., Ansible, Podman, RHEL).
- Experience with public or hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) or relevant experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with compliance and security standards in enterprise environments.
