Role and Responsibilities
•Arrive at jobsite on time and ready to work
•Provide as much notice as possible for unscheduled absences (e.g., sick)
•Assist in all phases of the construction process
•Meet goals and expectations in your Plan of Action (POA) as described by your Supervisor in atimely manner
•Follow instructions and execute tasks with little supervision
•Display an interest in learning and a positive attitude
•Have a full understanding of safety requirements and follow safety protocol
•Read and understand plans; be able to locate details
•Access plans using computer and tablet
•Plan activities for a crew a minimum of one week in advance
•Have a strong understanding of geometry and math
•Order materials from plans and ask questions when necessary to obtain accurate information
•Frame any roof system and stair system
•Install multiple layered trim and crown molding
•Form complicated concrete pours
•Understand the concept of cutting radiuses and other curves
•Clean up all CCI jobs to the standards and requirements of CCI policy
•Perform any other task(s) requested by CCI

Compensation and Benefits This is an hourly position, $30 - $48/hour DOE. Clark is an Equal Opportunity Employer. In addition, Clark offers the following benefits to full-time staff: Paid Time Off: 80 hours per calendar year of paid time off (“PTO”) for sick, vacation, and personal time. Paid Holidays: There are 9 paid holidays each year:

Insurance: Employees are eligible for the CCI medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance as well as 401K program on their first day of work. We offer two options for health care insurance and pay 100% of the employee’s monthly premium for either option. Health care insurance is available for spouses and dependent(s); however, the employee is responsible for 50% of the premium for his/her spouse and dependent(s). Disability: CCI offers each employee a short-term disability insurance policy. 401K: CCI has a 401K program to assist employees in saving for retirement. Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI provides a 100% match on the first 4% of employee deferrals, up to 4% of annual pay. CCI may also make additional profit-sharing deposits above and beyond the 401K match. Bonuses: Bonuses such as performance or project-based bonuses may be distributed throughout the year. Cell Stipend: You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. You must be employed during the entire quarter to be eligible for that period.
