The Clark County Information Technology Department is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Digital Services, Senior Business Systems Analyst position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading innovative enterprise level technology projects for Clark County. The ideal candidate will possess adaptive problem-solving coupled with strong communication skills. The candidate will be a part of a solution-oriented team focused on building stronger departmental relationships through the alignment and implementation of impactful technology initiatives.
This examination will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Human Resources.

Professional level experience, which has provided the skills and knowledge necessary to perform all job functions at this level, may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.

Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team. Conducts feasibility studies and develops system, time, equipment and cost requirements. Provides bridging and resolution for project and customer conflicts; finds the common ground and compromises. Confers with customer department staff regarding assigned functional program areas. Maintains records and prepares periodic and special reports of work performed. Uses standard office equipment in the course of the work; may drive a personal or County motor vehicle or be able to arrange for appropriate transportation to and from various work sites and to attend off-site meetings. Maintains current knowledge of technology and new computer customer applications.Mobility to work in a typical office setting and use standard office equipment, stamina to remain seated and maintain concentration for an extended period of time, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
