Data Privacy/ Technology Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles; San Diego; or San Francisco, CA

Clark Hill is seeking a senior-level attorney to join our Litigation business unit in California. The attorney can be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. All candidates must have 10 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Familiarity with state, federal and international data privacy laws including CCPA/GDPR
• Experience defending data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tracking, and wiretap cases preferred
• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $190,000-230,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
