Clark Hill is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience for its Bankruptcy business unit in the Chicago, IL. Ideal candidates will have bankruptcy specific experience representing business debtors, creditors, landlords, and supply chain parties. All candidates must have a familiarity with the bankruptcy code, the uniform commercial code, and experience with transactions, business workouts and restructurings. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, along with strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school are required. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Attorneys interested in business development activities preferred. All candidates must either be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois or eligible for admission without examination.
