Clark International is seeking an experienced Executive Security Officer for a position in Chevy Chase, Maryland. This position will support our Fortune 500 Client in high-level, operational executive security. The Executive Security Officer will interact with leadership and department heads at the Client’s Chevy Chase, Maryland, Corporate Office. They will participate in safety and security solutions, in line with established policy, supporting the Client’s executive leadership. The Executive Security Officer is an armed agent who is prepared to respond to active or perceived threats, manage rapidly unfolding critical incidents and coordinate with the security team to protect the Client’s executive leadership.

The Clark International Executive Security Officer must have strong verbal and written communication skills, formal leadership training and demonstrated successes in corporate security. The Executive Security Officer will have a strong aptitude understanding evacuation plans and providing advanced-level protection to Client executive leadership. He or she must be capable of enduring periods of maintaining a sedentary operational posture while remaining prepared to address a threat or mitigate a security issue. The Executive Security Officer is responsible for adhering to strategic and operational security policy implemented by the Client’s corporate security management team.

The candidate for this position will work closely with other security team members and take direction from an Executive Security Officer Team Lead. A qualified candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a willingness to take ownership of security operations at the Client’s facility and demonstrated communication skills. The Executive Security Officer should have strong firearm skills, an extensive knowledge of close-protection strategies, and proficiency in unarmed combat. A successful candidate is CPR certified, AED certified and has education in first aid.

Schedule:

1530-1930 Monday- Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
