About This Role
As a T herapist , you will work with children and youth involved in the foster care system, in their foster homes and in the office. This position provides assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing individual counseling to clients, addressing their mental health needs, transition and overall permanency goal success. In this role, you will also provide support and training to foster families. You will receive meaningful supervision to aid in your professional growth and assist with case assessments.

- Competit i ve pay $51 ,000/ year
- 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday)
- Opportunity for additional pay for on-call hours

- Meets one of these:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling etc.)
- LSW or LPC in Illinois
- Direct experience providing services to kids/youth and families in a treatment environment
- Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
- If relocating to Illinois – IL driver’s license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
