Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled J2EE Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java EE technologies and be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Java EE applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a J2EE Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JPA, and JDBC.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
