What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Classic Concierge?
Classic Concierge is seeking immediate hire for Experienced Concierges to provide outstanding customer service at our high-end luxury private pool club in upper NW, Washington DC.
- Welcome and greet all members and guests coming into the Club Pool.
- Manage the daily opening, closing and enforce the policies and procedure of the Club Pool.
- Check in all members and guest; verify all ID’s.
- Perform daily rounds during shifts.
- Work with building staff to maintain proper level of supplies.
- Maintain daily shift logs and send them to property management.
- Ability to Learn Quickly and Retain Information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to Work Independently
- Understanding of, and access to PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE
- Reliable method of Transportation
- Professional Persona, Confident and Friendly Demeanor
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
