We're looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Powersports Salesperson to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Guide buyers through the sales process — from product selection to closing the deal
- Maintain a strong understanding of all inventory, including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and accessories
- Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent service
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product features, and manufacturer promotions
- Assist with in-store displays, test rides, and special events
Qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Enthusiastic about powersports and the lifestyle that comes with it
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain one)
