Classic Rock Fabrication is a growing wholesale manufacturer and installer of quality custom countertops in a variety of surface types, from natural stone to engineered stone. In business since 2006, Classic Rock has three Pennsylvania locations in Harrisburg, Cranberry Township (Pittsburgh), Mechanicsburg, and one in New Jersey, providing service throughout the Northeast and Midwest regions.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary function of the Partner Support Specialist/Designer is to work in conjunction with our dealers (business partners) and internal team. This includes supporting partners with the purchasing process, coordinating the details of producing a countertop, and scheduling. This role is in our headquarters located in Harrisburg, PA and has the eventual possibility for a hybrid home office/work office schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Two or more years of customer service or design experience preferred.
- Provide exceptional services to our partners and customers
- Contact partners via telephone to communicate information that could be perceived as negative.
- Assist with various office functions including answering phones
- Knowledge of countertops and/or cabinetry preferred but not required
- Communicate required information internally and externally via email and phone.
- Facilitate quotes, orders, installs, and post-install inquiries.
- Generate quotations.
- Create jobs in the ERP software program.
- Obtain details needed to complete project.
- Set up times and reminders for templating and installation.
- Provide information to accounting for billing.
- Set up and coordinate service and remakes with management.
- Work in conjunction with the Strategic Account Mangers to maintain customer relations.
