Requirements:
We are seeking a full-time candidate for an entry-level position as a Service Advisor. Candidates must have a flexible schedule as the service department is open Monday to Saturday. The candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates for parts and labor, as well as maintaining detailed records of work performed and customer feedback. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role, including addressing customer concerns regarding scheduling and car maintenance. Effective communication with service technicians about customer needs, new products, and suggestions for additional repairs is essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00- $17.50 plus bonuses and commissions. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.
