Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide patient nutritional care for two Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab facilities in the areas surrounding Paducah, KY. The facilities are located in:
Kuttawa, KY
LaCenter, KY
We are open to splitting these locations up for the right candidate.
This is a Part-Time employment opportunity of approximately 18 hours/week. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for conducting sanitation audits, test trays, and in-service sessions. Our Registered Dietitians must also be able to provide all clinical services, including nutritional assessments and documentation. We are seeking Registered Dietitians who are efficient workers with strong organizational skills.
The following is required of all Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC employees:
- Registration by the CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- State license or certification as applicable per state
- Criminal background check
- TB skin test
- Drug screen
Hourly Pay Rate is negotiable, with experience considered.
