Clay Ingels has been in business for over 100 years, we are a wholesale and retail building supply company. We are currently looking for employees for the following position.
Material Handler
Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Job Summary: This position will safely and efficiently pull door for the interior door assembly. This is a physical position, must be able to lift 75 lbs. and remain active throughout a 9–10-hour day.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Picks orders from work pick in amounts of 50 door panels on average.
- Loads them onto carts for machining.
- Pull pallets of materials from various warehouse locations and brings them to the shops when needed.
- Pull door panels in order with specific handling, pull trim and jamb materials to supply the shops.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Forklift experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eye for quality.
- Safety oriented.
- Reliable.
Education and Experience: High school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently.
- Stand on concrete floors for up to 10-hour shifts.
