The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure staffing needs are met to maximize production capacity. Additionally, the recruiter will serve as a functional team member in the Team Member Experience department.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment software and technology to attract top talent
- Identify candidates using internal and external databases/job boards, career fairs and other events and opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with community partners to develop a talent pipeline
- Screen, process, and communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, hiring process, and serve as liaison during hiring process
- Conduct pre-employment assessments and behavioral based interviews and select candidates based on company values, job requirements, and other standards
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new TMs
- Aid in training initiatives including coordinating and delivering New Employee Orientation
- Draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Build relationships with candidates, team members, company leadership, and strategic community partners
- Manage the internal Career Pathway Program
- Manage day-to-day efforts that improve team member experiences
- Manage internship/apprenticeship programs
Qualifications:
- 4 Year Degree in human resources, business, or other related discipline preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in full cycle recruiting, high-volume experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, email, multi-line phone usage, recruitment software
- Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment platforms and multiple candidates at one time
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking system
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

- Demonstration of sound personal judgement in the execution of duties
Physical Demands:
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time including extended hours in front of a computer
- Continuously requires ability to see, hear and speak
- Frequently requires sitting, fine dexterity, and standing
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, work outside and in non-climate-controlled environment, and tolerate exposure to loud noises and machinery, dust and chemicals.
