What we want you to do:
- Ensure that all incidents received by the IT Service Desk are recorded in Claytons MSP ticketing system
- Identify nature of incidents (if assigned to ITSA) based upon reported symptoms and categorization rules
- Prioritize incidents based upon impact to the users and MSP SLA guidelines
- Responsible for incident closure or delegation to the appropriate IT MSP group for resolution based upon categorization rules
- Performs post-resolution end user review to ensure that all work services are functioning properly, and all incident documentation is complete
- Work with MSP to prepare reports showing statistics of incidents resolved / unresolved detailed resolution of incident is mandatory before closing incident ticket
- Participate in redesign of processes and workflow to improve efficiency of Claytons IT operations
- Identify and document the impact of processes and workflow changes.
- Work with vendors to assist support activities
- Supporting employees from multiple on campus buildings, as well as remote
- Removal of viruses/malware/spyware
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, network issues & peripherals
- Email configuration, support MS Office suite; Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Manage all user accounts via Microsoft 365/Entra Admin Center
- Reinstallation and deployment of Windows based workstations
- Assist in helping end users understand software and provide training if needed
- Supporting VoIP phone system and Clayton issued cellular devices
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
What you must have:
- Education: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology or related Information Management field of study
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in information systems or a similar field
- Skills: Microsoft 365 admin, knowledge of Microsoft intune, communication skills
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting. MVR and a national sex offender registry check
- Other: Ability to lift 50lbs

Compensation:
- $75,000-$80,000
