About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating campus-wide facilities operations, preventive maintenance, capital project execution, and operational administration of campus rentals. This role ensures campus assets are maintained, projects stay on schedule, vendors and tenants are coordinated, and rental activity is supported operationally once demand is generated by Community or Development.
This role focuses on coordination, systems, and administration, with occasional hands-on support when operationally necessary.

What we are looking for:
Experience:
- Experience in facilities, operations, or construction coordination.
- Experience managing vendors and operational logistics
- Experience with facilities documentation and preventive maintenance preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational and systems- thinking skills
- Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting, a physical and a national sex offender registry check

$70,000- $75,000 Annually
