We provide the following services: Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Power washing, and Holiday Light Installation to residential and commercial clients throughout the Twin Cities.

Currently, we are searching for crew members for our window and gutter cleaning teams. If you don't have experience, that is perfectly fine as we provide paid training for those looking to learn the trade.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly Rate –

New employees typically start between $18 to $35 an hour depending on experience.

After our employees successfully complete our training, we transition them to a percentage pay system. Under this system you can see your average wage increase dramatically. Our employees typically average $30 per hour and also receive tips from customers.

• Tips – Many of our employees regularly receive tips from our customers.
• Bonuses – We also offer bonuses and other incentives (we can discuss this more in-person)
• PTO – Our Employees are eligible to receive Paid Time Off
• Employee Referral – If you know someone interested in a job, please refer them our direction. We do have an employee referral bonus’ if they are hired.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work Monday - Friday. Work starts at 8 am and finishes in the late afternoon (3-5 pm)

• Ladder work is a necessity. You must be comfortable at heights. We will train you.
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Overview and Work Responsibilities:

Our company offers window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday light installation to residential and commercial clients throughout the Twin Cities.

Our office is located in Golden Valley off of Hwy 55 and Hwy 169.

All crews leave from our facility, in company trucks, with company provided tools needed to complete any assigned work order.
