Clean Harbors, in Commerce CIty, CO is looking for an Insite Administrator to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. The Insite Administrator serves as representative of Clean Harbors creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Insite Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of Clean Harbors jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices and procedures. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Industrial setting - Refinery/Petro-Chemical

WORK LOCATION: Commerce City, CO

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM (on site)

• Strong computer skills- microsoft suite, excel, data entry, container tracking- maintaing bulk containers on site- admin is responsible of tracking movement, reports, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll background a plus;
• Data entry experience a MUST;
• Enthusiastic personality;
• Exceptional communication skills;
