Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute complex restoration projects, ensuring quality and profitability
- Supervise field teams and ensure efficient project completion
- Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments
- Lead and oversee content pack-outs, demolition, and large-scale drying operations
- Apply advanced drying techniques and strategies
- Operate and maintain drying trailers for large projects
- Resolve conflicts effectively with team and clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Ensure site safety and compliance through continuous condition awareness
- Utilize 3D documentation tools for comprehensive site records
- Conduct AHERA and lead paint surveys
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all project activities
- Communicate effectively with administrative staff for seamless project coordination
Requirements:
- Clean background check and driving record
- Professional references from former supervisors
- Disaster Restoration: 5 years experience (required)
- IICRC Certified in water, fire & mold (preferred)
- Xactimate Certified (preferred)
- AHERA Certified (preferred)
- RRP Certified (preferred)
