About the Opportunity
Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, as the Property Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic frameworks for managing CleanCo’s land assets. You will lead property management efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and serve as the primary contact for property services.
Your expertise in property management will be crucial in optimising CleanCo’s real property portfolio, supporting our operational and future development needs, and ensuring all property-related activities align with our sustainability goals. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Develop and implement strategies and policies for managing CleanCo’s property portfolio
- Maintain and update records related to CleanCo’s property rights and interests
- Support property applications and transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Manage property agreements, including leases, licenses, and easements
- Conduct tenure reviews and maintain the property asset register
About you
- 5-10 years of experience in similar roles
- Demonstrated experience in organisations with regional operations
- Proven ability to build relationships and implement frameworks with stakeholders
- Extensive experience in real property and land tenure management, including compliance with relevant legislation
- Exposure to cultural heritage and native title matters would be highly regarded
